Our mission
To equip girls with practical STEM skills, mentorship, leadership capabilities and pathways into further education, entrepreneurship and employment.
Why Powered Girl exists
Talent is widely distributed. Practical training, equipment, visible role models and clear pathways are not. Powered Girl is designed to close that access gap without diminishing girls' agency.
The programme model
Every platform advances the same five stage journey.
- Exposure: discover technology and relatable role models
- Skills: practise coding, robotics, AI and digital creation
- Application: build projects for real problems
- Opportunity: connect to mentors, competitions and scholarships
- Leadership: present, guide peers and shape what comes next
