Time, devices and fees
Each cohort notice will confirm schedule, location, device needs, fees and scholarship availability before families commit.
Safety and supervision
Sessions use trained adults, agreed communication channels, attendance procedures, parent consent and age appropriate supervision.
Photography and privacy
Media consent is separate from programme participation. A girl's personal information should never be made public without appropriate permission.
Parent responsibilities
Provide accurate information, support punctual attendance, review consent choices and communicate any access, health or safeguarding needs privately.
